The Owner

Jordan Varden
Jordan Has over 25 Years of IT experience. He has been a tech enthusiast since he was a child. His self-education started as a teenager with mail order book clubs. Using his membership to buy study guides, he racked up a bunch of unaccredited mail-in certifications. Giving him the knowledge base and confidence to take on real certifications while still in high school. Jordan eventually received his MCP on Windows 2000 and his A+ certification by 17 years old. Later getting his Networking+ in 2015, as well as several Apple certifications while working for Geek Squad.
Professional IT Career:
2001 - Microsoft Certified Professional
2001 - CompTia A+ Certification
Owner of Jordo's Computer Services from 2002-2007 (Closed due to Army orders)
2007-2008 Active Orders Army/NYARNG.
2008-2009 KBR Contractor
2009-2010 Acer Corp Of America. He was hired as repair technician in their US refurbishing facility. Position was an indefinite contractor position, so he left for stable long term employment possibilities.
2010-2012 Fujitsu FNA - He worked production, then was offered the lead tech position and help establish the new refurbishing department. He also was assigned duties outside his official position. Including assisting with facility network infrastructure, and setting up PXE/Imaging servers. He left due to a death in the family. The death resulted in him inheriting controlling share of a seasonal family contracting company. He left FFNA to finish the 2012 season.
2012 -2016 Geek Squad. After the business season ended (November), Jordan was hired by Best-buy as a repair agent and consultation agent (CIA). He stayed their part time while starting JCMP Technology Services. Which at the time only did business IT. This was to prevent a conflict of interest with Geek Squad. His Geek Squad location was one of the first test AASP stores. This resulted in Jordan receiving several Apple certifications before he left. He also took advantage of their education program to get his Networking+ Certification.
2015 Compia TIA Network + Certification
2015 Apple iOS and OSX Certifications
In 2013 Jordan started JCMP Technology Services. Originally just providing onsite and remote business IT solutions, then expanding in 2016 to add residential services when Jordan left Geek Squad.
In 2023 Jordan re-branded the company YouTube channel as Jordo's TechShack and spun it off as a separate sister entity. To date he has built partnerships with many WiFi companies giving him early access to new hardware. The remote setting has also resulted in brands reaching out to have him do real world speed and range validations on yet to be released products. Many of these partnerships are not videos, but done for real world field testing
Head TMCP

Zach Snyder
Joining the team in 2021 after answering a Facebook ad for a temp position. Zach was thrown to the wolves his first job. The least tech savvy member of the team at the time, this was a multi property WiFi job linking multiple buildings with point to point to bridge kits. Zach ran the majority of the cable pulled his first day, and mounted and aimed the bridge kits. He identified a safety issue with a coworker and prevented a catastrophe.
Since that day he has worked every commercial and large property WiFi project. He has pulled over 100 miles of cable, and hand dug over 5 miles of trenches for direct burial cable. His drive to go above and beyond and attention to detail, had made Zach the MVP of many of our projects. His skills on a ladder, combined with Jordan's crippling fear of heights, ensures Zach will always have a position here!
